      Pros

      Great product, amazing team and leadership, a lot of opportunities to demonstrate your expertise, learn from others, etc. The only place I've ever worked where everyone is open to ideas, being challenged, little to no micromanaging (across teams), and everyone is onboard with the mission & vision of the company.

      Cons

      It is a startup so not as many benefits as an established company, but honestly so worth it.
