      Great place to work with a tremendous culture

      Pros

      - After working with a few different professional services firms it's hard to find one with such a well rounded culture - Super smart people who are engaged in your development - Interesting projects that are cross-industry which gives great exposure - Clients are typically executives which gives exposure to building a very experienced network

      Cons

      - Pace of work is fast and you have to juggle a lot of priorities, this is more a reflection on the consulting industry than it is for Level5 specifically

      Pros

      - Small size means outsized opportunities on projects for growth and resume padding - Some really great middle management, many of whom are unfortunately gone - Quick promotions if one is a cultural fit - Good employee events for a typical boutique firm - Some in senior management still hold some very pure core values and work hard to sustain a positive work environment

      Cons

      - Very tribalistic culture. Good for some, uncomfortable for many. - Literally heard "fake it till you make it" from multiple leaders. Everything one reads online is carefully curated to give the right aura of a great boutique firm. After all, it's a very traditional marketing firm. - Turnover is so high, the org has been stuck for over a decade in the same tiny office. Could be as high as 50% over a few years. - High degree of tokenism - Employees often 'disappear' and become not employed (analyst - principle). The best way to better understand the firm and whether you might be a good fit is to ask FORMER employees.

      Incredible workplace culture, leadership truly cares for its people, fantastic opportunities to take ownership, learn and grow. Creates space to listen to employees and makes investments in time and effort to take action to address any concerns or opportunities for improvement. Outstanding leadership. Best place i've ever worked. Cannot say enough good things
