Pros

They can make you master of all streams, you can find a job in - HR/marketing/software/Finance.

Cons

The whole organization is driven by the CEO who thinks that he has not employed the employees but bought the employees. Its his birth right to exploit the employees and he openly says that he is paying the employees for all the days of the month. Its natural for him to insult the employees. He can bash anybody and everybody without any verbal restrain . You live in the fear that any moment you could be fired( of course management would never give you time to search for next job). If you go on a business trip(client meetings), be prepared that they can ask you to travel by bus overnight for 12 hours( and not by flight) from city A to city B(after you have done business meetings in city A whole day and you are travelling to city B to attend client meetings next day). That is the effective utilization of money for them. Remember, you can be be questioned why you booked an Ola/Uber SUV as it costs more (even if you were stranded in a remote area at 1 am where there were no cabs available). Arrive late to office(traffic conditions are beyond control) and loose salary for half a day. There have been several instances when monthly salary has been deducted by 30% because of late arrivals. However, as a rule employee has to complete mandatory 9 hours for that day even if he arrived late. You can be asked to work on Sunday then its ok (remember CEO says that he he pays for all the days in a month including Saturdays and Sundays). CEO can allocate you finance/marketing/HR tasks even if you are a software developer. CEO can ask you to teach coding to his family members as well. CEO wants you to be multidexterous :) . After this you can make a career in multiple streams- software teaching/HR/marketing/finance etc. This approach trickles down from top to bottom and the respective heads of the departments think that they are next only to Gods and can bash their subordinates at will. Specifically, there are 3 department heads who think they are smarter than even the Chanakya(I mean it). They prove their smartness and loyalty to CEO by bashing their subordinates and then get them fired eventually. That is their way to get increments from CEO. and do not be hopeful that you would be done justice in your full n final payment after your resignation. they would find ways to deduct money by understating your accrued leave balance and deducting other components. The compensation/yearly increments are very below par. To top it all, HR forced current employees to add positive reviews and they were given the bait that only after you would add positive reviews that your yearly increment would become effective. Speaking of increments, increments are always delayed deliberately by 6 months. It serves 2 purposes:- a. interest earned for 6 months on money withheld. b. employee can not look for other job options for another 6 months.

Pros

Telecom player are client and you get good and challenging projects.

Cons

HR is too diplomatic, they even won't care about company policy and anyhow try to deduct salary on ad-hoc basis e.g. they introduced gratuity deduction just after my joining to company and thus reduced salary package.Another one, that They deducted salary even after notice of election commission about leave on election day in Delhi. Appraisal cycle delayed by 8-9 months.

Pros

Maybe the canteen. It at least allows for a proper breakfast and lunch if required. It's paid, but still better than eating outside.

Cons

The marketing department suffers from a disconnect between stakeholder expectations and technical reality. Management often bypasses the nuances of content strategy for "shotgun" results, leading to inconsistent performance. During my tenure, there was a noticeable lack of SEO literacy at the management level, making it difficult to implement sustainable growth strategies. The company culture is defined by a "revolving door" policy. Seeing high turnover in the HR department (nearly 8–10 hires/departures quarterly) is a major red flag regarding stability. Additionally, the physical infrastructure is poorly maintained, and the sales-marketing alignment is non-existent.
