Pros

None, this isn't a company structured well enough for pros; outside of an wall for snacks.

Cons

Being sold on what is believed as a "tribe" is actually a toxic work environment fueled by inexperienced management, lackadaisical HR/ leadership & confusing promises made via commissions. There is not one thing this company has done right and the product itself is a scam. This isn't a data analytics nor a fitness company. It's a call center with emphasis on health and wellness. It doesn't live its own morals or values, producing many uncertified health and nutrition specialist to broadcast/market over social media. POC STAY AWAY. that's all I'll say there. If you value your work, stay away. This is a sinking ship that sells a dream.

At Lenus we are obviously quite troubled by a review like this. We do thank you for your feedback. The picture drawn is not something we can recognise at Lenus. We take pride in having a workplace where our employees are able to grow and develop, as leadership and employee development is at the top of our agenda. All of our Key Account Managers (KAM) are participating in numerous of our professional KAM Academies, where they are given the tools and expertise to empower a global community of coaches. Clients using the Lenus platform rate their coaches 8.9 out of 10 for their coaching experience. We are on an important mission to solve one of our generation’s most pressing challenges; global health is declining. Our Key Account Managers (KAMs) are seen as key employees in that mission, as they are enabling coaches to spend more time interacting with their clients and less time on administration. We are proud of our KAMs worldwide for how they together with their team support and guide coaches in their everyday work impacting more people to live happier and healthier lives - 74% of our clients report lasting results. Our employees are seen as the heart in Lenus, which is also why we measure employee feedback monthly and define organisational development accordingly. We do take pride in having an excellent engagement score among our employees scoring 7,9 out of 10 on how satisfied our employees are with Lenus. With that being said, we are sorry to hear about your impression of us. Please do get in touch with us at press@lenus.io, as we would like to hear more about your work experience with us, in that way we can learn and develop our growing organization in the best possible way.

Pros

- you can advance in your career quite quickly. they recognize talent and ambition promote usually within 6 months to a year - flat hierarchy - interesting and like minded colleagues from all walks of life - autonomy in your role

Cons

- zero benefits provided, not even discounts on protein brands, or free workouts within the app - very little worklife balance - you work around the clock with little to no reward - meetings are disorganized and without any point or premise - tasks are unfairly distributed within the team

Pros

The office is pretty cool and the view is great.

Cons

Besides the horrible business model of leeching onto under qualified Instagram fitness folks and scamming people into thinking they will get in shape Because the coach had some major transformation, the constant fake energy in the office is tiring. It is a start up that will eventually fail due to the massive amount of turnover with staff and clientele. The pay is low and works for college kids that need help paying their rent with two other roommates.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to take the opportunity to address some of the points you've raised. Firstly, we want to clarify that we do not recognise the negative aspects of the business model and company culture that you've described. At Lenus we are committed to making a positive impact on people's health and wellbeing. We take immense pride in distinguishing ourselves from competitors, noting that clients using the Lenus platform rate their coaches 8.9/10 for their coaching experience. Thank you for being a part of this. We believe in the value of our services and are proud of the talented and passionate team we've assembled to deliver them. Secondly, we are confident that our team members feel empowered to speak their minds and are valued for their unique contributions. A Lenus we show and practice inclusivity - and embrace our colleagues’ personality, roles and expertise, setting them up for success across all of our hubs. Thankfully, most employees agree when rating how much freedom and autonomy they are given on a daily basis. Finally, we would like to reiterate our commitment to embracing change, taking ownership while learning, fulfilling our purpose in an informal environment, and getting stuff done while having fun. We believe that these values make Lenus an exciting and fulfilling place to work for those who share our passion for making the world a healthier and happier place. At Lenus we are obvious quite troubled by a review like this and take notice of your concerns from an employee perspective. As you are a current employee, we do advise that you get in touch directly with one of your People Business Partners as we would like to hear more about your work experience with us, in that way we can learn and develop our growing organization in the best possible way.
