Managers failed to sympathize with reps in a tough patch - and offered little to no advice.

Product was sound. Fun office

Cons

Management Style would only deal with reps who sold like the managers sold, which did not realize results and was demeaning to other reps who were not given the attention/tools needed to succeed, especially during training.

Great product to sell but the culture needs a lot of work

Good office location & the people in the office are stellar. The product is a leader in the space and is fun to sell.

Cons

There is absolutely no culture in the office. The moral is low on the sales team and the sales team isn't provided the tools to do their jobs. No work from home is offered and the leadership team doesn't seem to trust the employees at all. Benefits and pay are not competitive. No 401k match, insurance for a spouse is full cost (and not affordable) and co-pay is very high on the plan. Team events rarely happen.
