Work from Home. There is no other pros.
Cons
Unprofessional. Company of 5-6 Employees mostly are relatives. No transparency. The salary is always late. No vision. Too much politics, poaching employees from other companies by luring them with fake promises. No HR no hierarchy anyone can take any designation. They will hire and fire as per their Whims and fancies without proper procedure.
