      Pros

      The location was good and the office was bright.

      Cons

      Felt uncomfortable, the CEO did not follow policies or employment legislation. Had to involve ACAS Howard Greenwood was never the CEO, he was a disgruntled ex MD, who took credit for others work.

      Pros

      They treat you like a grown up (sounds odd but my experience has been the opposite at a few other businesses) Excellent team environment. Flexible working hours that allow you to live your life (especially useful for those with a young family which in recruitment can be a difficult thing to manage) . They genuinely try and to be different in their approach to recruitment process and have a great and ethical customer service offering.

      Cons

      You have to supply your own coffee as the MD doesn't understand caffeinated drinks (nice bloke though)
