Pros

Good salary and perks Great travel opportunities I had an amazingly talented SDR team and SDR manager

Cons

Lack of work life balance is overly encouraged Constant changing of goalposts to make promotion and achievement incredibly difficult The same 3 people get held up as gold star examples with no encouragement given to other members of the teams. Too many mandatory company events that take up up to a week without targets getting adjusted. Pretty much no actual promotion potential, only 2 SDR promotions in the last two years. Never mind that pretty much the whole Emea SDR team just got fired after only just having introduced new hires in the last 4 months. Many of the people fired were well overachieving on quotas. Spammy, antiquated sales tactics. Quantity over quality. Senior leadership have no idea how sales work in Europe, data protection nightmare…customer data held on excel sheets, do not contact requests frequently encouraged to ignore.
