Pros

"Labroots provides an innovative platform for virtual and hybrid events, allowing me to work with some of the most advanced tools in the industry. It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of online events. I’ve had the opportunity to interact with key opinion leaders across various scientific and medical fields. These experiences have been both professionally enriching and personally rewarding, as many clients have become friends. This has not only expanded my professional network but also inspired me through their insights and expertise. Working with Labroots gives me the chance to use my strengths in multitasking, project management, and people skills to produce very successful events. The remote work environment also allows me the flexibility to manage my workload efficiently while maintaining a high level of productivity. I love working with our clients, and I’ve built strong, lasting relationships that have enriched my work. Creating successful events together has deepened these connections, turning business relationships into friendships "

Cons

"just a few ideas: Too many meetings: It’s true that the number of meetings can make it difficult to stay on top of actual work. Streamlining communications and reducing unnecessary meetings would allow the team to focus more on production and delivering for clients. "

I highly value Labroots' commitment to fostering a collaborative environment, where innovation and learning are encouraged. Their emphasis on cutting-edge science, flexibility in projects, and opportunities for personal growth make it a rewarding experience.

Cons

I don't support some of the unethical practices, like fake reviews, fake emails, fake stats, etc.

Pros

I really appreciate how despite being a virtual company, everyone is extremely professional and responsive. All the processes at Labroots (onboarding/training, communication, team meetings, etc.) are handled efficiently and professionally, and I feel like I am a contributing and valued member of the team. Labroots also has a great work-life balance, with the whole team respecting working hours, weekends, etc. while being productive and available during working hours. I also appreciate the generous holiday vacation, as it helps us all recharge and be ready to get back to work refreshed. I also enjoy working at a company that is the leader in its industry and that works with high-profile science/health companies.

Cons

Not sure if this has been done in the past, but occasional all-company meetings/touch-bases would be helpful to offer more transparency on how the company is doing/where it is headed and to get an overview of the goals and achievements of each team. I would also benefit from more cross-training within my team (and also from other related teams) to get more exposure and build my skills in different areas. On a smaller scale, it would be helpful to set and track goals (both personal and collective) with my team every quarter.
