Pros

- Lots of responsibility, great breadth of role, tons of autonomy

Cons

- Slow career progression, compensation sub-optimal (though this is quite consistent across traditional luxury)

Pros

work life balance is good here along with great benefits. a true 9-5

Cons

-Very poor culture and HR is only there to protect the company and not the employees. -No communication between upper management and employees -No opportunity for career advancement. French National are brought in for management level positions and up. Americans are not considered. If you're looking to stay in the same position for 20 years, not work hard, and not looking for career advancement... this is the place for you.

Pros

The cache of working for the leading luxury brands in the world. 90% off sample sales for the brand you are employed by and sometimes invited to other brands' sales.

Cons

Everyone felt so honored to be working there that we were all worked tons of hours, in at 8am and staying until 7pm minimum most days. Salaries are average for the industry.
