Pros

Most people are friendly and helpful Pay and benefits are competitive The business seems financially viable

Cons

Poor management, forcing employees to play their political games Promoting a toxic competitive environment (pointing fingers and stepping over others is appropriate) Don't bother to ask for support or mediation, it won't happen Expect to work weekends, do your best and get fired, why? Literal words: "We don't get along!"

Cons

Inadequate leadership across various levels, including team leaders, directors, project managers, and vice presidents. Micro-management, undermining employee autonomy and decision-making capabilities. Company prioritizes financial gains over employee welfare and organizational culture. Lack of genuine concern for employee well-being, creating a disconnected and uncaring work environment. High risk of contract termination with insufficient communication or forewarning.

Pros

- Working remotely is the only plus

Cons

Compensation: The salary offered is below market standards, with the promise of bonuses. However, these bonuses are tied to unrealistic targets, and there have been instances where commissions were not paid. It is a common practice to terminate salespeople before they can claim their commissions. Note that the commission scheme is not included in the contract with Kpler. This has reportedly affected over 20 salespeople. Company Reviews: Be cautious of the high ratings and positive comments. Kpler allegedly requires current employees, even those with only 1-3 months of tenure, to post positive reviews. A closer look reveals that most positive feedback comes from employees with less than a year of experience. Product Value: The product offered does not provide value to the shipping industry and the new business team bleeds that last 1 year.
