We've hired a fractional HR consultant to ensure that our salary ranges meet market expectations, but I know that for some positions and individuals, it's still a challenge. We will continue to do what we can to ensure that salaries are not a hindrance to employee retention.

Pros

The president and management set a great example of how to treat others and it shows. Everyone is very professional but also very fiendly. They hire for fit more than being a Rockstar. You can learn a lot here.

Cons

Some legacy code, but every company has it.
