Pros - Amazing people working with me - Great manager who truly cared and loved their staff

- Owner of the company can be a tough to please - Shifts can be slow and boring where there is not much to do

Co workers are cool and the store is pretty well organized and easy to work in. The store hours are easy, no early mornings or nights. It's been in business here for decades but it's become almost impossible to compete with Amazon, and our inventory and selection has been shrinking since the pandemic. If you're into cooking, baking or coffee (most people her are) the employee discount is good.
Cons
Pay is mediocre at best. Retail can be a drag, which is not the company's fault but still. Being that the business is shrinking, it's really hard to move up or earn more.
