      Supports clients well, but consultants mostly 1099

      Pros

      Company is very good to provide the clients with many resources to help them with finding employment as well as resources to help those wanting to change careers after their layoffs.

      Cons

      All but a handful of the Career Consultants are 1099, The few that were fulltime were part of the deal of a recent aquire.

      Great people and leadership. Very client focused.

      Cons

      They prefer 1099 Employees vs fulltime. All their fulltime staff are leadership and everyone seems to have a VP of some sort.
