Pros

Health insurance coverage Good pension contributions Generous leave policies Light workload Snacks and lunch provided Friendly and supportive colleagues

Cons

Layoffs can happen unexpectedly Many employee-unfriendly policies were introduced by US HR and management, including strict leave restrictions Limited career growth; promotions are rare and slow US management attempts to impose American corporate culture in Europe, but does not offer competitive salaries comparable to those in the US
