Pros

Amazing, leading edge tech. Some great colleagues, genuinely nice people to work with.

Cons

An organisation that has lost its identity since Brian Conlon passed. A Senior Leadership Team that have no idea about leadership. An organisational structure and behaviours that makes even simple tasks difficult. People now manoeuvreing for position with senior management to curry favour, trust is eroding within teams.

Pros

Working at KX has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and positive work environment, where creativity and innovation are truly valued. I'm surrounded by talented and supportive colleagues who push me to grow and learn every day. One of the standout aspects of KX is its commitment to professional development. The company actively encourages employees to expand their skills, whether through mentorship, training, or attending industry events like the Women in Tech conference, which was an inspiring and invaluable experience. Leadership is approachable and supportive, always open to new ideas and encouraging a culture of learning. There is a real sense of teamwork and shared success, making it a fantastic place to build a career.

Cons

Like any fast-paced tech company, deadlines can be very demanding, but the challenge is rewarding and there is always a strong support system in place to help manage workloads.

Pros

* Freedom of full time work from home contract. Huge selling point. * Various different policy allowing for a range of benefits, from 1 wellness day a quarter to allowing sabbatical leave. * Team members across various teams are always extremely helpful. * Front runner in cutting edge realtime database analysis. * Many different products to join and feel like you are doing your part to improve the them.

Cons

* Started in a graduate program, the salary was poor to say the least. * Salary is better now, but not as good in comparison to competitors. * Zero bonuses available. * No Christmas bonus, or nice jester, only a Christmas party available. * Recent salary review wasn't pleasing.
