      Pros

      Unlike many companies who claim to have a "family atmosphere", KCD Software really does. Management goes above and beyond to make sure that all employees feel valued and engaged and takes everyone's work/life balance seriously while still providing a great product and top notch customer service.

      The management team really cares about their employees, its is not a forced or fake caring either, these are genuinely good people. I love working for the owners of this company.
