      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, decent benefits, everyday is a little bit different so not completely monotonous.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between all levels of employees, lack of career growth opportunities and advancement, building and equipment needs updates.

      Flexibility in working shifts, always something mentally engaging to partake in

      Pay rate isn't too great. Also, company is not too understanding in working around personal situations. In addition, poor communication among coworkers, which leads to certain employees discussing non-existent and improperly perceived actions or situations as issues with management.
