Pros
The people there are very respectful and the company culture is positive and welcoming, you won't feel lost among your coworkers like in more corporate environments. People generally all get to know you and are all very cooperative. I had a very pleasant experience, especially for an intern.
Cons
If you don't live in the city, commuting to NYC is tough. Most of the complaints I would have would just be complaints I have about NYC. Also, don't treat it like a 9 to 5, if you want to work with Jump Ramp, you should be passionate about what you're working on. It's easy to see the effect that you have, so own it.
