      Great benefits and flexibility, but micromanagement and favoritism prevail

      Pros

      The benefits are great, the company is providing lots of flexibility and the work life balance is noticeable.

      Cons

      Micromanaging from leaders, in Prague unfortunately there is a lot of favouritism meaning many people got promoted just because there were friends with previous managers. Some leaders even block other team members to move to another department by giving negative feedback about their performance to a recruiting team.
