      Severe micromanagement at every level. Constantly shifting priorities with no planning or clarity. Unrealistic deadlines and impractical expectations. No concept of work-life balance — daily extended hours are the norm. Minimum expectation of 12+ hours of work, often even more. No proper leave policy; taking time off is discouraged. No long-term sustainability in workload or planning. Frequent interference in personal life, making the environment uncomfortable. Poor management and lack of direction.
