No work life balance, this year the leadership is non existent, push the staff too hard, no direction and don't reward, forgot what customers need and are more interested in ticking boxes rather than talking to people.

long hours no breaks , no training to do the job , guess and hope you got it right no overtime expected to work for nothing , sick to death of being told you are to expensive , no staff no holiday cover , not valued how can a global business be run like this , is it like this the world over , what on earth are you people playing at , you took a positive loyal optimistic productive helpful and useful staff member and showed him what you thought of him , so when another merchant came calling he like many others was off , so well done you outstanding because now ive gone I can see what a shower Jewsons are , so thank you .
