Pros
Jewson used to love their customers and staff, and were a great company to work for rewarded their people and had values.
Cons
No work life balance, this year the leadership is non existent, push the staff too hard, no direction and don't reward, forgot what customers need and are more interested in ticking boxes rather than talking to people.
