Pros
Easy and fun job where you can be creative. Free coffee on shift. The owners really care about you as family and will always work with you if you’re a good employee and communicate.
Cons
Not much room for growth. Usually will get dirty at work. No set break times. Some rules aren’t followed at all locations or by all employees/managers so it gets confusing sometimes.
