Definitely learned a lot from all the first times here. Supportive colleagues!
Cons
Small company with obvious hierarchy system. kinda challenging to communicate w higher up properly. Not transparent at all, joined with different expectations. Need to be VERY independent, not suitable for fresh grad/ zero experience.
