      Peks Great and i mean fantastically super, work-life balance great really well though out methods of ensuring this, personal growth great

      Cons

      time-off policies not so good i hardly get any time off ever i work 25 hours a day, promotion not so good i am never promoted, leadership not so good

      Pros

      Most of the people get along well and are great to work with. Office locations are great. Pay and benefits good.

      Cons

      Too many managing directors that don't seem to like one another. Could never recover lost business after the death of main rainmaker.
