      *interesting projects *able to contribute your ideas *no unrealistic work pressure *always reasonable *chance to develop your career *supportive engaging founder

      *at the time, smaller teams *time zones dependant meetings *too much potatoe chips in snack cupboard *ate too many celebration cakes *not too many choices for food options nearby

      - interesting and fullfilling work - nice colleagues

      Cons

      - the constant pull to be back in the office while I leading a 95% remote team and proved that worked much better from home - too many overhours and expectance to do even more and weekends - "who is in the office works, who is remote does not" view - too many meetings at night

      The product has something to say in the market and pretty innovative R and D team!

      Cons

      R and D team ignores the information coming from services, Top managers in company don’t have deep knowledge of their product quality and jump from one project to the next one without finishing them properly.
