      Flexible work timing, full control over projects, team, budgets People from diverse background and skill set Monthly team meetings (free food), in-house pool/table tennis

      Cons

      Need to improve processes for efficient working as teams are growing at a very fast rate. Not for people who are looking for 9 to 5 job and love sitting on their desk.

      Good atmosphere, flexible working, autonomy, real growth potential, ability to deliver funded and consultancy projects, UK and international travel opportunities. This is a company making real strides forward!!

      Cons

      Not so much of a con but is in the process of putting the right structures/procedures in place to harness the growth potential of the business.

      Great work environment, lovely and supportive team. Company is growing fast, systems and processes are in place to sustain and enable growth. Ambitious management with a clear vision.

      Cons

      Very dynamic, which works great for people wanting to be challenged. However, there is a good support system in place for new employees to help them settle and improve.
