Pros

Nothing at all . You will regret if you joined this company .

Cons

Toxic Work Culture | Rampant Partiality | Incompetent Leadership The workplace culture is deeply toxic, driven by blatant favoritism and poor leadership. CEO Joseph severely lacks the basic managerial skills required to run a company. Instead of holding managers accountable, he blindly trusts them and unfairly shifts the blame onto employees when things go wrong. Most C-level executives have already jumped ship, clearly recognizing the sinking nature of this organization. The company is in financial distress — they can’t afford to retain top talent, and even regular staff are being denied their salaries. Morale is at an all-time low. The so-called company motto might as well be: "Less work, more meetings." Productivity is suffocated under layers of pointless discussions and mismanagement. Real progress is replaced with political games and empty promises. This is not a company that supports its employees — it's one that exploits them under the guise of structure, while rewarding mediocrity and silencing dissent.
