      Pros

      Never micromanaged and always encouraged to step outside your comfort zone. Nurturing environment that encourages the personal and professional growth. Enriches employees with the right challenges, brands and experiences to become stronger in their field. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Working from home can be a challenge sometimes, but the company ensures that staff meet up face to face once a month, with lunch provided.

      Pros

      Lots of great people to learn from and a feeling of shared responsibility for the whole business. Weekly catch-ups with reports shared from every area of the business. Full remote working and generally left alone to deliver on goals.

      Cons

      Remote working means there isn't much scope for office banter but management make up for that by providing a free lunch at a nice restaurant every few weeks where there is banter and face-to-face time with the whole team, which is fantastic.
