Great communication between management and contractors! Management is very involved in making sure everyone is happy with the work that they're doing. And management is always asking if there are ways in which they could possibly benefit us more. It's great!

I don't really have any cons for but if I had to pick a flaw out, I'd say that the raises in our annual salaries, after the yearly performance review evaluations, could be higher.
This company's management is well seasoned and is always forward looking. They evaluate every decision and contract they bid.

It seems that they put very high emphasis only on the financial aspects that there may be a few some soft areas that may not get the attention it needs to be successful.
