Pros

Good colleagues who frequently worked together to get the job done, sometimes under pressing circumstances. Parking on site and kitchen.

Cons

Management never turned down work, regardless of whether everyone was already at full capacity. Sometimes resulting in unhappy clients due to over committing.

Pros

Lovely culture and people to work with. Great effort to build a nice environment and lots of occasions and events to bound with your colleagues. I made friends for life.

Cons

The salaries are not competitive with the rest of the market. This makes the most talented employees to leave after 2-3 years top and it stops the company to be as great as it could be.
