Easy to get hired. I worked there for three years. Staff is friendly, though everyone keeps their head down, afraid to speak out in case they are next.
Cons
Easy to get laid off. Company 'changed directions' often and laid off at least a dozen people in the three years I worked there. Management generally acts out of fear.
This is one of the most talented, professional group of people I've had the pleasure to work with.
Cons
They don't typically expect a lot of overtime, but are very stingy about time off. I'm willing to accept less pay to work in such a fabulous location, but it's hard to take advantage of living on an island in the San Juans when you are given so little time off.
Great Benefits. Excellent work/life balance. They are poised for huge growth.
Cons
Corporate leadership doesn't know how to move the company into a real corporation. You'll be as happy as your boss. No HR. They have no real company vibe or atmosphere. You're not really happy to be here because their is no corporate culture.
