Sales executives are pulled in many directions for sales of multiple vendors and services

Very poor sales leadership that is disengaged, disengaged from their salespeople and from clients. No clue what it takes to be a successful salesperson so they are incapable of providing necessary support. They introduce weak sales solutions they want you to sell and pull them back when no one sells them. Wasting so much time. Leadership has no follow through. No respect for their employees. Some salespeople are on capped compensation plans, others not (and on the sale team) - extremely unfair.

Toxic management, manager reallocates top accounts at whim. 80% of my cohort had either failed or had probation extended.

No job security, poor management, short term projects, very small and suffocative 20 seater office, no toilet in office

They have financial trouble and were cutting large sectors of staff to offshore them to try balance the budget. Despite being 3 months short of 10 years, I was cut. While I could understand this, it was senior management making the decision based on what was 'on paper' not actual job functions. It ended up costing them more overseas because they couldn't find 1 person to replace me with what I actually did and ended up having to hire several people.
