Toxic managers and bad managers- You will be blamed for their mistakes when doing your job. You will know more than they do. Sales compensation program is badly structured, Management and the sales excuetives receive the incentives for your work. Beware if your annual salary includes bonus pay or incentives. Bad company polices and unstructured departments, no one knows what the other is doing.
