Pros
The team is very diverse and open to feedback from everyone in the company. The CEO Aaron Eaton is a genius and has created the only product on the market that is scalable and closes care gaps. This company is in it for the patient not profit.
Cons
It is a start up company so there are growing pains but leadership is very transparent and understanding. They are the best team I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. They are currently working to secure more funding. This will increase compensation greatly
