At times some great people to work with.
Cons
Constant turn over of employees, asked to perform highest level tasks at the highest level speed then laid off immediately after, no planning by the owner, no leadership from the owner. Owner de-values everyone and everything, pays low, doesn't follow through on promises. No growth in the company, pay is the lowest level to keep you there, preferential treatment to certain employees and not to others. Exposed to harsh chemicals with little to no quality protective equipment, poor ventilation, dumping chemicals directly down the drain with improper cleaning systems.

Great leadership. Great compassionate owner. Great equipment and infrastructure. Focused on innovating current production techniques and not accepting previous domestic limitations.
Cons
No real cons to the experience. Could use more business to run 3 shifts.
