Upper management can be undecisive which sometimes causes mismatch in expectations and the reality of the situation.

Management is awful. There is no appreciation of the work employees do, and you will be downsized out of a job that is then sent out of the US at their earliest convenience. No job is even remotely safe at Infor. You will almost assuredly get laid off so they can save money. Even their responses to bad reviews here are lame. Many of them make excuses by mentioning "challenging" times. Pathetic. I know of no other company where employees are so much just a number. Super smart, highly dedicated, hard workers get laid off from this company extremely frequently. Upper Management could not care less about pulling that lay off trigger.

Too much workload, prioritizing tasks that isn't relevant poor management lack of training focusing on negatives instead of recognizing employee contributions.
