      Pros

      Open door policy to discuss any issues. Fantastic working environment, the bosses have created an enviable work place with high end clean and modern offices. Visitors to the showroom always comment on what a lovely office and communal areas we have to work in. Following a personal bereavement I found the entire team supportive and caring.

      Cons

      Some of the staff are not ‘team players’ leaving the management forced to make unwelcome and difficult choices.
