Pros
Every manager and co-worker is caring and giving. The salaries that are offered are equal to, if not higher, the state wide averages for every position. The benefits and PTO are great, and are also very easy to manage through the employee portal they use. The CEO is in the office on a daily basis, working alongside his employees. The growth opportunities within the company are very real, and can happen quickly. As an employee, I feel genuinely valued every day.
Cons
You have to get there early if you want to park near the building.
