      The coo has zero vision. For him entire day goes on Facebook The CEO thinks only in his dreams No salary hike They have not even paid our bonus which is a part of the ctc in the last two years

      Very bad QA team No work life balance Bit of unprofessionalism Founders are biased to survive you need to flatter Lot of work asked under the belt, no official track and compensation Founder lie at face beware of this They stopped Promotion && Salary hike for a female colleague as she was on maternity leave, so girls watch out before joining
