IGL has 4-5 departments. Among these CNG and PNG are the major one in which most of the GETs have been placed. CNG : 1) 6 days work. 2) Shifts which has been changed after 2 days Morning, Evening, Night. 3) Little work experience 4) Poor facilities in terms of sitting, toilet 5) NO accommodation, No Breakfast, No lunch has been provided. Only Water. 6) Dress Code (third class dress colour) 7) You will be treated as a lobour in CNG. 8) Worst Seniors. Almost they all were hired on the basis of JUGAAD . No Staff Works Under U PNG : MDPE 1) 6 Days work with second sat off it means 25 days in a month. 2) Shifts are rare. 3) 0 work experience. Therefore no option of Switching. Administration Work. 4) Poor facilities in terms of sitting, toilet 5) NO accommodation, No Breakfast, No lunch has been provided. Only Water. 6) Heavy Work Load. But in PNG there is also some good things like NO Dress Code. A huge Contractual Staff will work under your supervision. Feel like a Officer, Public Dealing. PNG : STEEL 1) 6 Days work with second sat off it means 25 days in a month. 2) No Shifts. 3) Poor facilities in terms of sitting, toilet 4) NO accommodation, No Breakfast, No lunch has been provided. Only Water. 5) Heavy Work Load. Only Field Job, Road pe Khade hokar pipe daalna. 6) Only this department earns Work experience. NO staff works Under U In MY opinion : 1 - PNG Steel 2 - PNG MDPE 3 - CNG Overall Its not a PSU but it works like a PSU and its comparable to any NAVARATNA Company, better than any MINIRATNA.....
