      Good to staff and the users. responds always. Involves all concerned. One of the best co ordination. Officers very kind to the newly appointed.

      Cons

      The pay scales are not defined and are not commensurate to the level and are also not comparable with those at equal level in GAIL or BPCL.

      Professional environment. Learned a lot during a short span of time here at IGL.

      More attention to interns will be appreciated, though everyone was great but more guidance to interns will be encouraging to them.
