      A big discrepancy between appearance and reality

      Interesting and challenging work Some nice, intelligent people

      Cons

      The most unprofessional management I've ever worked for. The company runs on a mixture of favouritism, fear and scapegoating. There is a huge imbalance in how different people are treated and some of the bullying I witnessed from management was shocking. Needless to say the attrition rate shows it. The company itself has potential, but ultimately not worth it for an employee. One can be very well looked after for a while, but few people don't fall out of favour eventually, and in the meantime you have to be prepared to witness those around you suffering unfairly.

      Crying is regular. Shouting common place. Aggressive management style is the norm

      Good product and good market penetration, so good potential for sales people if you can deal with the madness.

      Cons

      Absolutely crazy management. Crying is regular. Shouting common place. Aggressive management style is the norm. Almost all of the staff are hopelessly miserable, with the exception of some remote workers who openly acknowledge that their ability to stay rests on the fact that they only occasionally have to go to the office. Horrible atmosphere. Horrible expectations put on staff. Management generally horrible to staff.

      Pros

      Product - out of this world, best in class. Amazing application. Ideal for public sector? Great case studies, always moving forwards.

      Cons

      Sheer insanity from management. Tantrums, shouting, completely irrational. Management skills are zero. Micro management over every detail. Staff turnover very high.
