      Pros

      This company consist of a group of outstanding fashion brands, some of the best and most desirable in Brazil. The employee discounts are great and it adds value to your resume if you work in the retail business.

      Cons

      I feel that as being a group of former individual companies there is still a lot of differences between each other, which results in great internal disorganization. Also that the internal communication is not very clear. In my position I have to do a lot of physical straining work and there isn't an ideal work environment. In addition I don't see professional recognition.
