      If only the CEO spent as much time managing the company as he does writing fake glassdoor reviews.

      Pros

      - Lots of cool projects with big names. - Education fund - Remote working option as a developer.

      Cons

      - CEO not competent - Takes the word "micromanaging" to new extremes - Dozens of unnecessary check-in meetings that CEO ran himself - even with junior staff. Despite all these meetings that the CEO personally attended, every project when I left was in peril, and several major clients fired us. - I'd be told to do one thing by my director, and then the CEO would pull me aside and tell me to do something else - no clear reporting structure as the CEO involves himself in whatever/whenever. - No concept of org structure, or respect for his managers/directors authority. Again, micromanagement. - The company experienced almost 100% turnover in the time I was there. I was only there for a year and a half, and I watched 15 people+ from junior developers to all of senior management quit.

      - CEO breathes down your neck and bypasses team's directors. - Overworked in a stressful environment - CEO doesn't know how to work with or handle people properly - CEO writes fake Glassdoor reviews

Whether you are a past or present employee, I would like to invite you to meet with me directly to discuss your concerns. Although nothing is perfect, we are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience, and your feedback is valued greatly. Concerning the comments about fake reviews, all employees and contractors are invited to add their reviews. However, we can assure you that they are written by the individual free from any outside influence. Outright fabricated reviews would be extremely inappropriate. Again, should you want to meet my proverbial door remains open. I'm keen to gain insight on how to learn from our mistakes, and attract & retain our team members for the long haul.

      Terrible Experience

      Pros

      Colleagues who supported each other through the terrible management practices of an employer who seems to have read a lot of books on people and culture, but lacks the people skills and trust to be successful implementing them.

      Cons

      Mostly the Con is that despite a very thorough hiring series, there is almost no trust, and an inauthentic approach to recognition and trust of employees.
