      Pros

      You will find positive vibes working at Ignatiuz. I truly enjoy the vibrant team. The management is very supportive and always help the team members on every aspect. They do social drives by bringing NGOs and helping the people in need.

      Cons

      No company on this planet is perfect, but the question is, how does the company perceive its cons. As per my observation, management at Ignatiuz learns from its mistakes and the dynamic environment to evolve and make it a better place to work. All the negative comments here are from the frustrated employees who did not want to work and when they are asked about their performance, they start to show the company down.
