Hybrid schedule on Tuesday and Thursday. Flexibility on hours (sort-of)
Cons
- Years without a raise, despite consistently requesting performance reviews and meeting expectations. - Over time, the entire U.S. team was laid off or moved elsewhere, and replaced with developers in India. - Complete shift to offshore resources created major gaps in collaboration, time zones, and workload distribution. - Career growth and advancement felt nonexistent. - Lack of transparency around decisions that directly affected the team. - Entire San Antonio office was let go.
