Pros
The culture here is good, I couldn’t have a bad word to say about anybody that I had worked with here.
Cons
The team I worked in was extremely stretched for the majority of my duration here. When onboarding here, I was lead to believe that pay appraisals were based on performance but that was not the case in spite of the fact thatI was told in all my performance reviews that I was excelling. As a graduate joining this company, there was no structured training, I was performing the same tasks most days and was not exposed to enough of a variety of things.
