High volume workload People tend to be nice Depending on your motivation, it may be a good place to start.

Cons

There are some fantastic people working here, the type of genius that is attracted to growth and power. If you are lucky enough to work with them you will learn a lot.

Cons

Tone is set at the top, Andrea should be more aware of the tone that he is setting in his empire. I've seen brilliant cultures in companies that have been bought by ION be so negatively affected by IONs culture and the complete lack of transparency that ION operates under.
